finding a professinal photographer

What to look for.

I can’t be everywhere all the time so sometimes I need to refer people to other photographers that I know and trust – If I am not availalbe here is my list of things to consider when hiring a professional photographer to photograph for you:

  1. Experience and Portfolio: Look for a photographer who has experience working with both people and pets, and ask to see examples of their work to ensure that their style and quality meet your expectations.
  2. Communication and Professionalism: Ensure that the photographer is responsive, attentive, and communicates well. Professionalism is key when working with someone who will be capturing important moments for you and your loved ones.
  3. Flexibility: Consider whether the photographer is willing to work with you to create a customized plan that meets your specific needs and preferences.
  4. Safety: It’s essential that the photographer you hire takes appropriate measures to ensure the safety and well-being of your pets during the photo shoot.
  5. Pricing and Packages: Be sure to understand the pricing and packages offered by the photographer, including any additional fees for prints or digital copies of your photos.
  6. Reviews and Testimonials: Look for reviews and testimonials from previous clients to get an idea of their experiences working with the photographer.

Overall, it’s important to find a photographer who is not only skilled at capturing beautiful images, but also someone who you feel comfortable working with and who understands the unique challenges of photographing pets and children.
